Helio Saboya Filho
Hélio Saboya Filho has more than 30 years of experience in litigation in the most diverse areas of law, especially business, civil and family law, working in the Superior Courts (STJ and STF), as well as consulting in real estate law, contracts, public and arbitration.
In 2005, Helio founded the firm Saboya, Direito, Muanis - Advogados, after 25 years working in Motta, Fernandes Rocha Advogados, where he was
responsible for litigation.
He was a member of the 1st Ethics and Discipline Panel of the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro section.

Carlos Alberto Direito Filho
He is one of the founders of Saboya, Direito, Muanis - Advogados, where he is a partner working in the advisory and litigation areas of Civil Law, especially in matters of copyright, contractual, real estate, corporate and family and succession law, also acting in the demands of public law and arbitration.
In addition to his vast experience in advocacy before Regional Courts and Superior Courts (STJ and STF), Carlos Alberto is an effective member of the Council of the Brazilian Bar Association, Section of the State of Rio de Janeiro, since 2013, and is a member of the Chamber of Deputies. of Arbitration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas, since its creation. He was appointed President of the Ethics and Discipline Court of the Brazilian Bar Association, Rio de Janeiro Section, for the triennium 2022-2024.
He also has academic experience, having been a contracted professor at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) from 1994 to 1996.

Pedro Paulo Muanis
Pedro Paulo Muanis is a founding partner of Saboya, Direito, Muanis – Advogados. He has been working as a lawyer since 1993, with solid experience in several areas of law, especially civil litigation in various economic sectors, such as real estate, insurance, copyright, family and succession, contracts, among others.

Eduardo Cavalcanti Birkeland
In 2012, he joined Saboya, Direito, Muanis – Advogados, where he is a partner providing consultancy and advising clients on complex issues related to acquisitions, mergers, financing and international operations, as well as matters related to corporate and asset reorganizations, succession planning and foreign investments.

Luiz Eduardo Cavalcanti Correa
In 2015, he joined Saboya, Direito, Muanis – Advogados, where he is a partner working in the area of civil law, including contracts, real estate, corporate, family and succession, as well as in the area of public law.

Isadora Bahia Maidana Corrêa

Leonardo Kacelnik
Leonardo has a long experience in labor area, working in consultancy, judicial and administrative proceedings for both large companies and individuals.
Give legal advice and act in proceedings before the Public Ministry of Labor and Regional Superintendency. After long years of career in specialized offices, starts in 2023 at Saboya, Direito and Muanis the provision of legal services in the labor area, adding experience and new front in customer service.

Marcelo Maranhão
Since 1994, he has been working in the labor area with extensive experience in litigation and conflict resolution.
Provides services to large companies and individuals in advisory and judicial and administrative proceedings, as well as with the Public Ministry of Labor and Regional Superintendencies, defending clients in assessments and inspections. He leaves a long carrer in specialized law firms, to start in 2023, together with partner Leonardo Kacelnik, the labor legal services at Saboya, Direito, Muanis Advogados.

Beatriz Freire Ferreira
Beatriz joined Saboya, Direito, Muanis -Advogados in the first half of 2020 and has been working in litigation on civil law area, including contracts, real estate, family and succession, as well as copyrights.

Fabiano Silva da Motta Furtado
Fabiano has a long experience acting in the advisory civil area and strategic litigation in both judicial and administrative areas, with emphasis on civil liability, consumer rights, family law, recovery of credit and contracts, and real estate law, defending large national companies in the field of civil construction and property management area.
He has joined Saboya, Direito, Muanis - Advogados in 2021, along with Taciana Marinho Soares, with whom he assists clients especially in condominium management, lease and family area.
